Lauren Staerck

Biography

Lauren Staerck was born in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, England. She trained at Urban Edge Theatre School in Essex before continuing her acting studies in Vancouver, Canada, where she developed her American dialect and screen acting skills. She began kickboxing at the age of 12 and went on to rank No.1 in the UK in the 58kg division for two years. She has stunt training with Take 3 and regularly performs her own stunts on screen. Staerck’s career breakthrough came with the worldwide theatrical release Cinderella’s Revenge, starring opposite Natasha Henstridge. She received a Best Actress award at Cannes for Aryan Papers and, in 2025, was cast as a lead in 14 vertical series projects.
