Angelos Antonopoulos (Piraeus, 16 January 1932) is a Greek actor. He was born in Olympia, near Ancient Olympia (he is originally from Gortynia) and grew up in Tambouria and Ancient Olympia. This place influenced his thinking and his life. He studied at the Drama School of the Karolos Koun Theater. For many years he was also an acting teacher. As an actor, he served all types of theater. He began his wonderful journey, playing in performances by great Greek and foreign writers under the guidance of Karolos Koun. An era rich in successes and experiences. After Koun, his journey in theater continued in collaboration with Dimitris Myrat at the Mousouri Theater. Since 1962 and for ten years he has been playing in large troupes.
